Information for Patients

For patient convenience, please contact us seven (7) days before the reserved date for changes and cancellations.

Same-day reservation may not be available.

If you have medical records from other hospitals, bring them with you. (For example: test results, doctor’s note, CD and radiology report)

Payment: Cash(in KRW) or by credit card.

Please ask for any necessary documents before you leave.
- Receipt in English: Please ask the Wonmugwa(hospital administration section)
- Medical Certificate: Please ask the medical staff at the department.
- Medical Record: Please ask the relevant medical department.
- Prescription: Please ask the pharmacy.

An examination can be performed on the same day or scheduled for another day.



International Patient Services Procedure
Consultation request → Establishment of specialist’s treatment plan → Response to foreign patient’s request(treatment plan, medical cost estimate, etc.) → Reservation confirmation→ Arrival at the hospital→ Out-patient/In-patient admission procedure → Billing and payment → Follow-up treatment.
